Using fresh local ingredients, these two are producing a delicious gourmet line of hand made gelatos, ice creams and sorbets.
Helarte Sano offers a dazzling 50+ flavors of ice cream including exotic combinations like mango-chile, strawberry-cream cheese and breathtaking range of fruits. There is a wide range of chocolate treats -- a nice spread from light to dark -- and a selection of sorbets.
Helarte Sano even makes ice cream made with Splenda for those with dietary restrictions and they can make special-order custom flavors with or without sugar!

Mary's restaurant in Mazatlan is located in the heart of Mazatlan's Golden Zone - Zona Dorada. Established in 2003 by Mary Patnode, Mary's in Mazatlan is just such a great restaurant that it's easy to overlook the ice cream!
Widely known as one of the best breakfasts in Mazatlan, the focus on sweets in the breakfast menu is a clue.
Care for Belgian waffles with fresh strawberries, banana, and whipped cream? Or terrific pancakes smothered in syrup? Or maybe some french toast...or just a little ice cream?
